KWS CropManager Partners with Local Agricultural College
Overview
KWS CropManager has signed a memorandum of understanding with a local agricultural college to strengthen practical training opportunities for students pursuing careers in agronomy and seed technology.
Internships and Guest Lectures
Under the agreement, students will join our production and quality teams for structured internship placements, while our senior agronomists will deliver guest lectures on hybrid seed production, seed certification and quality assurance.
Joint Demonstration Plots
The partnership also establishes joint demonstration plots where students can observe the complete seed production cycle — from land preparation and planting through roguing, pollination management, harvest and post-harvest handling.
We believe that investing in agricultural education is investing in the future of food and feed security, and we look forward to welcoming the first cohort of interns later this year.
