KWS CropManager Expands Its Seed Processing Facility
Overview
KWS CropManager is pleased to announce the completion of a major capacity expansion at our principal seed production and processing facility. The project, which began in early 2025, adds state-of-the-art seed drying, grading, treating and packaging lines to the existing plant.
The upgraded facility increases our annual processing capacity by approximately 40 percent, allowing us to respond faster to seasonal demand from contract growers and distribution partners throughout every region we supply.
Investment in Quality
Every new processing line is equipped with optical sorting and automated germination sampling, ensuring that each seed lot leaving the plant meets our strict internal quality standards as well as national certification requirements.
This expansion reflects our long-term commitment to the growers we serve. Reliable, high-quality seed is the foundation of every successful harvest.
Sustainability and Next Steps
The facility has also been fitted with solar-assisted drying systems and improved water recycling, reducing the environmental footprint of every tonne of seed we process. A formal opening ceremony with industry partners and local representatives is planned for the fourth quarter of 2026.
